How it works
Stuck at 11pm before a test? Ask in chat or by voice. Answers are worked to your exam's style — not generic textbook copy.
Every topic can become a short video lesson, generated for your chapter — with real examples and diagrams.
A daily plan built from your syllabus's weightage. Miss a day? It rebalances instead of guilt-tripping.
Account information such as name and email when you sign up; education profile details you provide during onboarding, such as your exam, curriculum, and level; learning activity including plans, lessons, practice results, and recovery work; sources you upload, such as notes and documents; and device or usage basics like browser type and page views.
To provide the service, personalize study plans and practice, generate lessons and feedback, process payments, respond to support requests, and keep the product secure.
We use PostHog for product analytics and session replay. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand how the product is used and to improve it. PostHog events never include payment details, and uploaded study sources are not sent to analytics.
Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in Asia and is protected with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secrets management. We do not sell your personal data.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card details are handled by Razorpay's secure checkout and never stored by OmniTutor.
You can delete study content from your account and request account deletion by emailing support@sheshya.in. Where regional law grants access, correction, or deletion rights, you can exercise them through the same address.
We may update this policy, and material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
