Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Account access may be suspended if we reasonably suspect unauthorized use or a breach of these terms.

Plans, payments, and refunds

OmniTutor offers a Free plan and paid plans billed on a monthly or yearly cycle through Razorpay. New subscribers may be offered a first-month welcome discount at checkout. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in the purchase flow. Contact support@sheshya.in for billing questions.

Acceptable use

Use OmniTutor for lawful, personal studying. Do not abuse rate limits, resell access without authorization, attempt to access other accounts, upload malicious content, or use the service to generate harmful material.

Content you provide

You keep ownership of material you upload, such as notes and sources. You grant OmniTutor the limited right to process that material to provide the service, personalize your experience, and improve the product. Never upload content you are not entitled to use.

Intellectual property

OmniTutor's product, brand, and generated lesson structures are owned by Sheshya. You may not copy or resell the service or its materials beyond normal personal use.

Disclaimers and liability

OmniTutor provides AI-generated study material and is not a substitute for professional advice or an official exam authority. The service is provided as-is with no warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
